This journey takes you right into the heart of Uganda – a combination of culture, nature, and encounters. After arriving and enjoying an exciting city tour in Kampala, you'll travel to Lake Mburo National Park, where you'll go on a safari, enjoy a boat trip, and experience the wildlife up close on a guided hike. The next leg of your journey takes you to Kisoro, surrounded by volcanoes and green hills. Here, you'll have several days to explore the region and gain insights into the lives of the local people. A particular highlight is a visit to Local Kid e.V., a German-Ugandan project that provides children and young people with education and future prospects. This way, your trip will be enriched not only by the scenery but also by the human connection. Finally, you'll return to Kampala before your journey home begins – with unforgettable memories and genuine connections to Uganda.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We always strive to provide our customers with the highest possible refund in the event of a cancellation. However, please note that depending on when you cancel, bookings for hotels, accommodations, or activities may already have been made. These services are often binding on-site and non-refundable, as refunds in Uganda and much of East Africa are currently limited or not available at all. Unfortunately, we have no control over these circumstances. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and endeavor to refund you the maximum possible amount. Regardless, a service fee of €250 will be retained in all cases. The remaining refundable amount will then be transferred back to you. Of course, you will receive a transparent breakdown from us detailing which costs have been refunded and which amounts had to be retained and for what reasons. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and what the reasons were for withholding them. We thank you for your understanding that, due to local conditions in Uganda and East Africa, our hands are tied in many cases.
