This journey combines outdoor adventures with authentic encounters. After an initial city tour in Kampala, you'll travel to Kisoro, where you'll experience the unforgettable gorilla tracking adventure in Mgahinga National Park. Another highlight is the Batwa Trail, which offers insights into the culture of the Batwa community. In Kisoro, you'll also visit the Local Kid e.V. project, which provides children and young people with education and opportunities – a truly moving and inspiring experience. The route then continues to Queen Elizabeth National Park with exciting game drives and diverse wildlife. Finally, you'll return to Kampala, have time to relax, and then begin your journey home – with lasting impressions of Uganda's natural wonders, culture, and people.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We always strive to provide our customers with the highest possible refund in the event of a cancellation. However, please note that depending on when you cancel, bookings for hotels, accommodations, or activities may already have been made. These services are often binding on-site and non-refundable, as refunds in Uganda and much of East Africa are currently limited or not available at all. Unfortunately, we have no control over these circumstances. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and endeavor to refund you the maximum possible amount. Regardless, a service fee of €250 will be retained in all cases. The remaining refundable amount will then be transferred back to you. Of course, you will receive a transparent breakdown from us detailing which costs have been refunded and which amounts had to be retained and for what reasons. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and what the reasons were for withholding them. We thank you for your understanding that, due to local conditions in Uganda and East Africa, our hands are tied in many cases.
