Service Description
This extraordinary journey combines the diverse weather patterns of the country. After a city tour in Kampala, the trip continues to Kisoro, where you will spend several days amidst lakes and volcanoes. A particular highlight is a visit to Local Kid e.V., a project that offers new perspectives through self-help initiatives – an experience full of encounters and inspiration. Afterwards, you'll travel to the Rwenzori Mountains, where you will spend several days exploring the impressive mountain landscape. From swamps and rainforest to glaciers and snow-covered landscapes, the journey takes you through a variety of environments. On the way back to Kampala, you will visit the CTC Wildlife Center, a wildlife sanctuary where you can experience the animals up close and even pet them. Finally, there will be time to relax before your journey home begins – with unforgettable impressions of Uganda's nature, wildlife, and people.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy We always strive to provide our customers with the highest possible refund in the event of a cancellation. However, please note that depending on when you cancel, bookings for hotels, accommodations, or activities may already have been made. These services are often binding on-site and non-refundable, as refunds in Uganda and much of East Africa are currently limited or not available at all. Unfortunately, we have no control over these circumstances. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and endeavor to refund you the maximum possible amount. Regardless, a service fee of €250 will be retained in all cases. The remaining refundable amount will then be transferred back to you. Of course, you will receive a transparent breakdown from us detailing which costs have been refunded and which amounts had to be retained and for what reasons. Depending on when you cancel, we will individually assess which amounts can still be refunded and what the reasons were for withholding them. We thank you for your understanding that, due to local conditions in Uganda and East Africa, our hands are tied in many cases.
